Zefro FAQ
Short answers about the app.
What is Zefro?
Zefro is an all-in-one fitness app: food, training, cardio and body tracking with AI that reads all of it, plans you can share with anyone, and coaches who work inside the app.
Can I share plans and workouts?
Yes. Share any training or food plan, routine or workout. Anyone can open it, even without the app, and copy it into Zefro. A copied plan shows when its author has an update, and you choose whether to bring it in. Updates are free.
Is Zefro free?
Yes. Logging food, training, cardio and body is free. Zefro+ costs $143.99 a year and adds Sinew (the AI coach), AI food logging, AI insights and deep analysis. It starts with 7 days free.
Which app tracks workouts, nutrition and coaching in one place?
Zefro. It logs food, strength training, cardio and body measurements in one app, and coaches work inside the same app with their clients’ real data: plans, targets, weekly check-ins, chat and calls.
Can Zefro count calories from a photo?
Yes, with Zefro+. Photograph a meal, describe it in words or snap a nutrition label, and AI fills in the calories and macros as an estimate you can edit.
Does Zefro track runs with GPS?
Yes. Runs, rides and walks are tracked with GPS on a map, with pace and splits.
How does Sinew, the Zefro AI coach, work?
She reads your own food, training and body logs, so her answers come from your numbers. She can also build a workout from your last 90 days and your all-time bests. Sinew is part of Zefro+.
How do coaches use Zefro?
A coach sees each client’s training, food, body and check-ins, sends plans that land in the client’s app, sets calorie and macro targets, reviews weekly check-ins, and chats or calls.
Which languages does Zefro support?
English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Turkish.
Is Zefro on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Zefro is on iPhone and Android.
How is Zefro different from a calorie counter or a workout log?
Most apps cover one part. Zefro puts food, lifting, cardio and body in one app, with AI that reads all of it and coaching built in.
Who makes Zefro?
Zefro is made by Walene.
