Delete your Zefro account

Deleting your account removes your profile, workouts, food logs, body metrics, progress photos, messages and every other row and file linked to it — including any comparison photos you have shared with a coach, which disappear from their side too. This cannot be undone. The privacy page says exactly what is kept and for how long, including the one thing that does not disappear: anything a coach wrote themselves, such as their own notes, stays attributed to a deleted account.

If you have the app

Delete your account yourself, in a few taps, from inside Zefro:

  1. Open Zefro and go to the Today tab.
  2. Tap the account icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. On the Settings screen, find Delete account.
  4. Tap Delete my account.
  5. You'll be offered an export of everything you've logged first — take it if you want to keep a copy.
  6. Type DELETE into the confirmation field, then tap Delete permanently.

Deletion runs immediately: your session ends, and the request that removes your data is already underway before the screen closes.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Zefro+ subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, or it will keep renewing.

If you don't have the app

You can still ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it. Send an email to contact@zefro.app from the same email address your Zefro account uses, saying you want your account deleted. To check it is really you, we reply to that same address and ask you to confirm. Once you confirm, we delete the account and everything linked to it within 30 days. There is no form to fill in, and we do not ask for anything beyond that email.
